The Valpo Americans 10-11 team won our first game Sunday against South Bend Southside 20-4, then lost Monday 11-10 to Seymour and yesterday 11-10 to Goshen, so we are finished. We had a 9-3 lead on Seymour and they came back on us and then we were down to Goshen 11-3 in the 6th and we put 7 on the board and came close to pulling it out. If we had won either game, we would have made the top 8 and would be playing today. Tough losses but these kids were warriors!
