Karlee Guerrero (Wheeler) and Tommy Akins (Morgan Twp) were recognized at a recent Valparaiso Kiwanis Club meeting as Outstanding Career Education Students. They are pictured with Morgan Twp principal Chris George (left) and Career Center principal Jon Groth (right). Karlee is enrolled in Health Occupations and plans to attend Indiana University, Bloomington to study nursing, and Tommy plans to continue working at Urschel Laboratory and attend Vincennes University. Both students were recognized as outstanding students in their technical and academic classes.
