Valpo Parks and partner Integrated Movement offer YouthFit at Butterfly Meadow Park. Designed for kids in 1st through 8th grades, YouthFit strives to educate them on the importance of fitness and wellness. The kids will learn how proper nutrition, movement, and a positive mindset help them achieve the best fitness levels and an overall healthy lifestyle. The goal of YouthFit is to provide kids with a program where they can learn, be active, and have fun.
