The Valpo Swim Club Coaching Staff will be conducting evaluations for new swimmers on Tuesday, September 13th, Wednesday September 14th, and Thursday, September 15th from 6-7:30pm.
All evaluations will take placea t the Valparaiso High School pool. Swimmers will be asked to swim at least one length of the pool, potentially more.
Evaluations typically take 10-15 minutes. Participatns are asked to come dressed and ready to swim with goggles and a towel.
A
fter the evaluation, your swimmer will be assigned to the appropriate club group. If the evaluation shows that your swimmers is not yet ready for club group placement, further lessons will be suggested.
All registration paperwork, practice schedules, payment information, etc., are available on the VSC website under the 2011 Fall Season tab and must be printed and completed prior to the first practice session. Please not a photocopy of the swimmer’s birth certificate is required.
Practice sessions begin the week of September 19, 2011.
