Clinical research organization expands its current space to over 5,000sf
Velocity Clinical Research, a North Carolina-based medical research organization, has expanded the size of its Valparaiso location by 60%, adding 1,857 square feet to its site and signaling a commitment to the local area.
The Valparaiso location was founded in 2004 by Dr. Robert Buynak as Buynak Clinical Research. It was acquired by Velocity Clinical Research in June of 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and the race to find a vaccine.
Antony Miocic, of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, represented Velocity Clinical Research in collaboration with Kathryn Lawn of Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office. “Velocity expanded their current space to fit their needs and signed a long-term lease for the location.
