The Valparaiso High School boys' golf team took its first loss of the season on Tuesday in a three-way meet against Crown Point and Michigan City.
The Vikings' score of 156 wasn't enough to top Crown Point's 152 (Michigan City scored 166). Bobby Jacobs' even-par 36 was good for 2nd overall in the Meet. Alex Pancek scored a 39 (4th), Kyle Meihofer shot a 40, Tyler Doane scored 41, and Patrick Andrie added a score of 42.
The Valpo JV team won 173-180 (Crown Point) - 186 (Michigan City)
