The Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County will present "Urinary Incontinence" at locations in Lake and Porter Counties in September.
Seniors will receive information from Sandy Belancin, RN, BSN, on the different types of incontinence, how to minimize symptoms, and when to seek medical advice. This information pertains to both men and women.
·September 4 at 10:30 a.m. at Merrillville Senior Center at Merrillville High School. (276 E. 68th Place)
·September 9 at 12:15 p.m. at Village Park Enrichment Center at Banta. (605 Beech St., Valparaiso)
·September 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Jamestown Apartments Community Center. (Virginia Park Drive, Valparaiso)
·September 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Linden House in Hobart. (360 West 61st Street, behind St. Mary's Hospital)
