Spring is on the horizon, and for many homeowners it’s the perfect time to tackle those lingering home renovations. The upcoming Northwest Indiana Home & Remodeling Expo March 14-15 is the best two-day event to jump-start your Spring to-do list. With more than 100 local vendors, the event showcases all the Region has to offer when it comes to home remodeling.
Each day will bring plenty of fun for the whole family. There will be tasty food, kids’ activities, and a variety of DIY classes featuring HGTV’s Alison Victoria from Windy City Rehab. Indiana 105 will broadcast live on Saturday. Admission is free for those 17 and younger, and is $7 for adults, or $5 if you buy in advance (details below).
Chicago remodeling celebrity Alison Victoria, host of HGTV’s Windy City Rehab, will be making a special appearance on Saturday at noon. she will be talking about her show, giving tips and tricks on decorating and remodeling, and answering audience questions
Victoria has many years of remodeling experience, so you won’t want to miss her advice and knowledge. Make sure to get to the Expo Center early on Saturday to save your seat!
Everyone who attends will also have the chance to win a $1,000 Remodeling Shopping Spree. The prize can be used toward remodeling costs with any of the participating vendors. Just drop your entry ticket at any of the participating vendor booths and a winner will be announced at the end of the day on Sunday.
- The event will be held March 14th & 15th from 9am – 5pm at the Porter County Expo Center.
- Tickets are $7/each; kids 17 and under are FREE
