Veteran’s Volunteer Day of Service

Moraine Student Center — 9 a.m. to noon

The Veteran’s Volunteer outreach service invites everyone — students, faculty, staff, and the public — to join and volunteer for 2-3 hours at different sites throughout the community, including:

• Veteran’s Village (Gary)
• Safe Haven (Hobart)
• Operation Charlie Bravo (Crown Point)
• Adam Benjamin VA Outpatient Clinic (Crown Point)

The volunteer event begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Moraine Student Center where volunteers will check in, enjoy coffee and donuts and then head out to the volunteer site of their choosing. Volunteers must sign up by Nov. 14.
