The Hobart Brickies defeated the Valparaiso Vikings 1-0 in the IHSAA Boys Soccer Sectional Championship on Saturday afternoon. It is the first boys soccer sectional title in the school’s history, with the game’s lone goal scored by senior midfielder Carlos Gayton.
The Brickies move on to face Lake Central in the Regional Semi-finals.
