I hope you are taking some time to enjoy the beauty of God's creation this fall. Isn't our God beautiful? This Sunday we open the Word again to see Jesus getting into it with the religious leaders. This time He's dealing with the question of what happens after we die! A very important question--that is at the heart of the Gospel.
The band is in Africa--and they start touring today. Be sure to follow them on Facebook if you want regular updates. We welcome recording artist Fred Butson once again this weekend to help lead us into the presence of God while Kurt is gone.
Just a reminder that if you can help us with the 8:15am service or 11:15am service we would greatly appreciate it. 9:45am is getting pretty crowded! We will be here all morning long to lead you into the presence of God.

Join us Friday-Saturday, 11.1-2 at Cedar Lake Retreat Center for our "Cozy Mountain Lodge" women's retreat. This retreat is designed for women 18 and older, as a time to relax and renew. Glean from women of all ages as scripture is presented in a fun and heartfelt way. We will worship and fellowship together; we will laugh and cry together. Outreach
Its that time of year again, to collect shoeboxes of goodies to be delivered with the Gospel to children around the world. Calvary has set a goal of filling 400 boxes this year! Visit the Operation Christmas Child table near the Children’s Welcome Center for more information!

Student Ministries
This Friday, 10.11, 6-8p Connect Middle School Ministry will be celebrating the Fall weather with a bonfire. We'll have hotdogs, s'mores, and fun games - be sure to invite a friend!
Sunday, 10.20, 6-8p Reliant High School Ministry will host a Fall Fireside at the church. We'll move our regular Reliant gathering outdoors and have a fire pit at the church. There will be music, s'mores, and great time with friends.
