This morning at the annual Indiana Chiefs Association Conference in Indianapolis five Valparaiso Police Officers received graduation certificates for their completion of the Police Executive Leadership Academy, Class of 2013.
Officers receiving graduation plaques (in order from left of photo) are Officer Eric Pickford, Officer Michelle Kodicek, Officer Terry Cox, Jason Hamilton and Officer Steve Clifford. Chief of Police Michael Brickner (tan shirt) was present and assisted with presenting officers with their graduation plaques.
The Police Executive Leadership Academy is a four week course that provides advanced training in the areas of leadership management, human resources, communication skills development, organizational development and strategic management.
