Valparaiso and Washington Twp. Girl Scouts earned the Kernal's Kup Award for their entry into the 2014 Popcorn Parade on Sept. 6th. Girl Scout members of all ages helped glue, paint, and construct their float along with adult volunteers. Accompanying the float were over 60 Girl Scouts and their leaders.
