When he was a child, Mark Chamberlain was inspired and motivated by his father, who constantly and consistently told him that he could do anything he wanted to do. The push to help Chamberlain be autonomous and resourceful led to his entrepreneurial success later in life. Chamberlain, former CEO of Lakeside Wealth Management (now Captrust Lakeside for which he's a Principal), has authored "Why Do I Work Here?" in which he gives very personal accounts of what shaped his ability to build successful leadership cultures.
