Frontline Foundations invites churches located in Porter County to apply for funding to implement a youth based substance abuse prevention program.
The purpose of the grant is to help strengthen and position the church as recognized leaders in substance abuse prevention and community outreach.
All churches located in Porter County are eligible. Applications must be completed and signed by Senior Pastor and submitted to Frontline Foundations no later than May 24, 2011.
