Terry McCaleb Brings Her Love of Real Estate to Century 21 Alliance Group

TerryMcCalebTerry McCaleb describes herself a someone who is ordinary and enjoys a relaxed life, however, this Century 21 Alliance real estate agent leads an interesting and fulfilling life connecting homebuyers with their dream homes and serving the community.

"I found my way to real estate," said McCaleb. "This was never a specific career I sought out. For 16 years, I worked in an office environment and it offered very little say so in my future and when I could move on."

McCaleb pursued the real estate field from a desire to be her own boss and have more control over her career.

"I wanted a job that allowed me to be my own boss but still had a form of structure," said McCaleb. "I began to ask myself what skills do I have that can allow me to by my own boss? "

McCaleb had always had an interest in architecture and design. While she considered opening her own confectionary company, after meeting an agent who worked at Century 21 Alliance Group, they convinced her to enter the world of real estate.

"Since working here I found that Century 21 has fantastic training and guidance," says McCaleb. "I like that we have access to continuous training."

McCaleb enjoys her position, not only due to having the freedom of being her own boss, but also the satisfaction she experiences when helping clients and working with other agents and staff at Century 21 Alliance Group.

"I like the moment I get to the closing table, I love helping first time home buyers achieve the American dream," says McCaleb. "We have an office manager who spends the time to help and assist people along with a kind, friendly and supportive staff."

In her spare time, McCaleb and her husband enjoy local theater and fine dining. McCaleb true to her roots, also still enjoys baking.

McCaleb's future goals and ambitions remain humble as she greatly enjoys her current position with Century 21 Alliance Group and plans on continuing to put all of her efforts to helping homebuyers find their newest home.

"I will always put the interest of clients before my own, making sure that they can buy and sell and make them feel comfortable," says McCaleb. "As long as I take care of them, they will like working with me."

As for making it big and becoming rich from her successes in real estate, no such plans for McCaleb, but this isn't a bad thing.

"All I want is a job that I enjoy on a daily basis that I enjoy working hard for," says McCaleb. "I don't need to be a real estate mogul, as long I treat people properly, things will fall into place for me."
